I put a huge emphasis on form and technique and my goal is to instill in you the confidence that you know how to perform everything correctly for long term success.

No gym membership? No problem!
I offer personal training at The Park Club Gym in Milton, Abingdon, and you do not need a gym membership to work with me there. Access to the gym is included in the cost of your sessions, so we can focus on your goals with no extra fees.
